Who we are

Rhythm Engineering Inc. acts as the data controller for the processing of information that may identify you (personal data) collected when you browse our websites (https://rhythmtraffic.com/ and its subdomains), use any of our services and whenever you communicate with us. In this Privacy Policy, references to “we”, “us” or “our” means Rhythm Engineering Inc. and/or member firms that are part of Rhythm Engineering Inc. Group, as the case may be. References to “you” and “your” are to users of our Websites.

Aggregated data

Information from the “Contact Form” section of our Websites

We may collect your personal data, when you fill in contact forms on our Websites, including your name, e-mail, and phone number. We may use this personal data to respond to your queries, and/or provide the services and/or information that you have requested, as well as to contact you for business purposes.

Information from requests via e-mail

When you contact us via e-mail in connection with a request such as request for information, to order a product or service, to provide you with support, to offer us a proposal or to participate in an event, we collect personal data necessary to respond to your request and to be able to contact you. Events

When you register for and/or participate in an event, campaign, or survey, we may collect additional information (online or offline) for the purposes of their organization. Marketing

We may use personal data you provide to us in order to send you email notifications for new articles, white papers, new products, important industry news, or information about our services and upgrades provided by us. We may process your personal data such as your name, family name, e-mail, CV, motivation letter, as well as any additional supporting documentation (portfolio, projects description, related pictures, etc.) you elect to provide, when you apply for a role at our company through the career page on our Websites or via email, social media sites or other sites. We may use this information throughout our departments in order to consider you for employment purposes. All the personal data you provide during such recruitment process will only be used for the purpose of recruiting.

EEA users: international transfer of your data

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes all EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, visiting or using our Websites, please be aware that your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. Minors

EEA users

  • Right to object to processing: under certain circumstances, such as if you question our legitimate interest to process your personal data, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing. In particular you have the right to object to our processing of your data for direct marketing, which you can exercise by using the “unsubscribe” link in such marketing communications.
  • Right to withdraw consent: if our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time (this will however not affect the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal) by contacting us or by updating the settings in your account However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
  • Right to data portability: if your personal data is processed by automated means based on your consent or for the fulfilment of our contractual relationship, you have the right to request that we provide you with your personal data on a machine-readable format for transmission to another data controller.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data with your supervisory authority.

Your California Privacy Rights

This section provides additional details about the personal data we collect about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA.”

We do not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal data we collect (and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out).
